We are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to lead and optimize IT and digital service operations. This senior role focuses on overseeing performance, preparing actionable reports, and ensuring operational efficiency through strategic planning and the effective use of cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive performance reports and track key operational indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and service level agreements.
• Analyze operational data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to drive operational excellence and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Implement and monitor operational governance, including cloud resource management and cost optimization.
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership based on performance metrics and operational analysis.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Azure (cloud services, monitoring, cost management, and governance)
• Azure Monitor, Azure Policy, and related cloud operations tools
• Data visualization and reporting platforms such as Power BI
• SQL and data querying for extracting and analyzing operational metrics
• ITIL framework and service management best practices
• KPI tracking and operations performance management tools
