Any individual or legal entity that creates an account or uses the application's services, including users, employers, and content participants.
4.Content
Includes text, images, videos, comments, reviews, and other information created, uploaded, or shared by users within the application.
5.Partners
Entities, institutions, or service providers collaborating with the Company to offer supplementary services such as payment processing, training, advertising, or data analytics.
6.Personal Data
Information relating to an identified or identifiable user, either directly or indirectly.
1.Definition
This application is owned and operated by the Company and serves as a platform connecting users with employers, with the possibility of sharing professional and career-related content. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2.User Accounts
Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in unlawful or prohibited activities.
3.User-Generated Content
Users are solely responsible for any content they upload or publish (such as comments, articles, videos). The Company reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any content deemed unlawful or inappropriate.
4.Advertising
Authorized companies may publish promotional content within the app. Advertisers bear sole responsibility for their content. The presence of an advertisement does not imply endorsement by the Company. The Company may reject or remove any advertisement that violates its policies.
5.Partnerships
The app may collaborate with external service providers or partners (such as payment services, training providers, or educational content). Some user data may be shared with such partners only as necessary and in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
6.Commercial Use
Users may not exploit the app for unauthorized marketing or the sale of products and services. Only licensed advertising or approved partnerships are allowed.
7.Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the app, including software, trademarks, and original content, are the exclusive property of the Company. Content published by users remains their property, but they grant the Company a non-exclusive license to display it within the app.
8.Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
9.Employment Disclaimer
The app functions solely as a technical intermediary between users and employers. The Company does not guarantee employment for users or the suitability of candidates for employers.
10.Reviews and Reputation
All evaluations and references represent the opinions of their authors only. The Company shall not be liable for the consequences of such reviews or any resulting damages.
11.Audio/Visual Content
Users are fully responsible for any videos they publish and must ensure such content does not violate intellectual property rights or the privacy of others. By uploading, users grant the Company a non-exclusive right to display this content within the app or for promotional purposes related to the services.
12.Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate user access without prior notice if these terms are violated.
13.User Obligations
Users must not misuse the app for purposes unrelated to employment or professional networking. Unsolicited messages (Spam) or inappropriate content are strictly prohibited.
14.Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between the user and the Company shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the country where the Company is registered.
15.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia depending on the Company's place of registration.

We collect personal information provided by users such as name, email, phone number, resume, and employment data, in addition to any content shared within the app (posts, comments, files, videos).

Data is used to provide recruitment services, display content, improve user experience, communicate with users, and comply with legal obligations.

Information may be shared with employers, external service providers, or partners (such as payment gateways, training providers, or advertisers) only when necessary. We do not sell or share personal data for unauthorized commercial purposes.
4.Advertising
Advertisements may appear within the app provided by partners or third-party advertisers. The Company is not responsible for the content of such ads, but ensures they comply with applicable standards.
5.Data Protection
The Company implements technical and organizational measures to safeguard data from unauthorized access or misuse.
6.User Rights
Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with local laws.
7.Cookies
The app may use cookies and similar technologies to improve navigation, personalize content, and analyze performance.

Data is stored on secure servers located within or outside the country, subject to compliance with applicable data protection laws.

At pOtential, protecting children and preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is a top priority. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content, behavior, or activity that involves or promotes the use of our products by minors, and/or promotes sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
We are fully committed to complying with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, and we actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies and relevant child protection organizations when necessary.
Our standards prohibit:
- The use of our product by minors
- Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)
- Sharing, uploading, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Soliciting or attempting to engage with minors
- Misrepresenting age or identity
If you encounter any behavior or content that may involve the exploitation or endangerment of a child, please report it immediately through our in-app reporting tools or by contacting our Child Safety team directly.
