Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Network Specialist to join our IT and digital services team. In this mid-level role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network infrastructures. Your expertise will ensure high availability, security, and performance across our systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Cisco routers and switches (CCNA/CCNP level).
• Design and troubleshoot routing protocols including OSPF and BGP.
• Implement and maintain firewall policies for network security.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Ensure secure and efficient traffic flow using TCP/IP and VLANs.
• Support disaster recovery and network redundancy solutions.

Technical Skills

• Cisco CCNA / CCNP certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP stack and subnetting.
• Hands-on experience with OSPF and BGP routing protocols.
• Firewall administration (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, or similar).
• Routing & Switching (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, etc.).
• Network security best practices and tools.
