Introduction

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Carpentry Contractor to lead and oversee structural carpentry operations on construction projects. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with deep expertise in reading engineering drawings, managing carpentry teams, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality across all woodwork and structural installations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all carpentry work on site from start to completion.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform and oversee structural carpentry tasks including framing, formwork, and installation of wooden structures.
• Operate and maintain electrical carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Implement and enforce site safety standards and regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all completed work meets specifications and codes.
• Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and documentation with clients and suppliers.

Technical Skills
