We are seeking a dedicated Labor Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site construction workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in line with project requirements. This role involves workforce management, daily progress reporting, and close coordination with engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct workers on site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance and productivity.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
• Resolve urgent issues on-site and escalate matters to management when necessary.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Excel (reporting, data tracking, and basic cost estimation)
• Data Entry with high typing speed and accuracy
• Cost Estimation fundamentals
