We are seeking a senior safety specialist to lead occupational safety initiatives within the public administration and defense sector. This role is responsible for developing robust safety policies, implementing safety management systems, and fostering a culture of proactive risk prevention across all operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update occupational safety policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory standards and organizational objectives.
• Implement and maintain Safety Management Systems (SMS) to ensure consistent hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver safety training and promote awareness of safety protocols and best practices.
• Monitor safety performance metrics, prepare reports, and advise leadership on strategic improvements.
• Ensure compliance with national and international occupational safety regulations and defense-sector standards.
