Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for road construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects.
• Analyze project specifications and bills of quantities to produce accurate cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure cost efficiency and feasibility.
• Review and validate cost data, material prices, and labor rates.
• Conduct traffic impact analysis to inform design and cost planning decisions.
• Provide technical support during project bidding and tender preparation.
• Update cost estimates based on changes in project scope or design.
