Introduction

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect Engineer to lead architectural design and coordination efforts on complex construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions, ensuring technical accuracy, and collaborating closely with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs and detailed drawings for construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, MEP teams, and other stakeholders to integrate all design requirements.
• Review and validate construction drawings and documents to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Liaise with contractors and site teams to resolve design issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on construction materials, building technologies, and regulatory requirements to inform design decisions.

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency for 2D/3D design and documentation.
• Building Information Modeling (BIM) for collaborative project delivery and clash detection.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building systems.
• Project management skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and design coordination.
• Site supervision expertise to oversee construction progress and ensure design intent is realized.
