We are seeking a skilled Architect Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs and drawings that meet project specifications and industry standards. This role demands a strong foundation in building design principles and proficiency in modern modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs and detailed drawings for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations.
• Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) to create and manage 3D models and documentation.
• Review and modify designs based on feedback, budget constraints, and site conditions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to safety, quality, and sustainability standards.

Technical Skills

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) – proficiency in Revit or similar software.
• Computer-Aided Design (CAD) – expertise in AutoCAD for 2D and 3D drafting.
• Architectural rendering tools – such as SketchUp, Lumion, or 3ds Max.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction materials.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
