About the role
Introduction
- We are seeking a Senior Chief Accountant to oversee core accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of accounting records.
- Prepare and review financial statements in line with reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Lead monthly and annual closing activities.
- Perform and review bank reconciliations.
- Monitor accounting entries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support the integrity of financial data and reporting processes.
