Introduction

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our Research and Development team. In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making by analyzing experimental data and assisting in the development of machine learning models. You will collaborate closely with researchers to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and contribute to innovative projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the R&D team to understand data requirements and research objectives.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various internal sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and visualize findings to support research conclusions.
• Assist in building and evaluating basic machine learning models.
• Maintain clear documentation of data processes and analyses.
• Support the team in preparing reports and presentations on research outcomes.

Technical Skills

• Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design.
• Version control using Git.
