About the role
Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Movement Officer to manage daily fleet operations, ensure smooth vehicle coordination, and maintain compliance with transportation regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily fleet movement and scheduling.
- Monitor vehicle GPS tracking systems and real-time fleet status.
- Supervise drivers and ensure adherence to safety and operational regulations.
- Handle accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and follow-up actions.
- Oversee traffic procedures, permits, and legal compliance for all fleet vehicles.
Technical Skills
- Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- GPS vehicle tracking and telematics systems
- Knowledge of traffic laws, accident procedures, and fleet regulations
- Fleet management software and reporting tools
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for operational reporting and documentation
