Introduction

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design and execution for complex construction projects. This role demands technical excellence, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver high-quality systems within schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed technical specifications, material submittals, and engineering documentation for mechanical systems
• Coordinating design and installation activities with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines
• Troubleshooting mechanical system failures, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions
• Preparing progress reports, technical documentation, and stakeholder communications for project tracking
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and procurement while ensuring compliance with codes and standards

Technical Skills

• Project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
• HVAC system design and load calculation software (e.g., HAP, Trace 700)
• Building codes and standards compliance (ASHRAE, IBC, NFPA)
• AutoCAD drafting and BIM/Revit coordination
• Piping and plumbing design, hydraulics, and materials selection
