Introduction

We are looking for a dedicated Distributor to join our wholesale and retail operations. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers, negotiating terms, and ensuring efficient distribution processes that meet our service standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product distribution to assigned customers in a timely manner.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics staff to ensure accurate stock availability and order fulfillment.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, orders, and customer feedback.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for improving route efficiency and distribution effectiveness.

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of distribution and supply chain processes.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and order management software.
• Familiarity with route planning tools and GPS navigation.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Competence in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for reporting and tracking.
• Ability to use communication and mobile tools for real-time coordination.
