We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our wholesale and retail team. The ideal candidate is a junior professional with a customer-focused mindset and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service throughout the sales process
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is organized
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
• Work a standard 8-hour shift while maintaining productivity

Technical Skills

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in wholesale or retail
• Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Basic computer literacy, including MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with CRM software for customer follow-up
• Effective product knowledge and selling techniques
