We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our construction team. This role focuses on ensuring mechanical systems are designed and implemented to meet project specifications and industry standards.
Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure all mechanical works comply with relevant building codes and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to address mechanical design and installation issues.
- Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals for mechanical systems.
Technical Skills
- HVAC system design and analysis
- Structural load analysis for mechanical systems
- Fire protection system design (sprinklers, suppression)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar drafting software
- Knowledge of relevant building codes (e.g., IBC, NFPA, ASHRAE)
- Familiarity with load calculation software (e.g., HAP, Trace 700)
