Responsibilities
- Collect and verify news and information from multiple sources (websites, databases, interviews, etc.)
- Summarize and organize information for research and reporting purposes
- Use Python scripts to automate data collection and routine reporting tasks
- Collaborate with researchers to ensure accuracy and relevance of information
- Maintain a structured archive of sources and reports
Technical Skills
- Python (scripting, data processing)
- Web scraping tools (e.g., BeautifulSoup, Scrapy)
- Data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- MS Office or Google Workspace for documentation
