Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tea Boy. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while providing excellent beverage service to staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will uphold high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages promptly and courteously.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, including kitchenettes and break rooms, to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Manage inventory of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and related supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Assist with setting up and catering for office events, meetings, and gatherings.
• Monitor and replenish disposable items (cups, stirrers, napkins) as needed.
• Follow health and safety procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and hot equipment.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of hygiene standards and sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with health and safety compliance in a workplace environment.
• Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with employees and guests.
• Basic inventory management skills.
• Ability to operate beverage-making equipment (coffee machines, kettles, etc.) safely.
