About the role
Introduction
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our IT and Digital Services team. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Analyze test results to identify defects, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Participate actively in sprint planning and estimation sessions.
- Collaborate closely with developers to understand features and resolve issues.
- Execute test cases manually and via automation to validate functionality.
Technical Skills
- Test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
- Performance testing tools and methodologies (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Agile methodologies and practices (Scrum, Kanban).
- JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
