Introduction

We are looking for a Senior Logistics Services Delivery Representative to support our mining and quarrying operations. This role is responsible for managing the delivery of orders through efficient coordination with the logistics team, ensuring shipments reach their destinations safely, accurately, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize and streamline daily delivery operations.
• Plan and schedule delivery orders, ensuring alignment with site requirements and priorities.
• Oversee the delivery process from order release to final confirmation at destination.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical improvements to delivery workflows.
• Ensure accurate completion of delivery documents, handover records, and transport logs.
• Liaise with drivers, site supervisors, and relevant stakeholders to resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor delivery performance indicators and prepare operational reports.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures throughout all logistics activities.
