We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Mystery Shopper to join our Research and Development team. In this role, you will visit assigned locations undercover, evaluate customer experiences, and provide essential insights that help improve service quality and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations incognito to conduct evaluations
- Observe and assess customer service quality from a customer's perspective
- Evaluate store cleanliness, layout, and overall environment
- Interact with staff as a regular customer to gauge service standards
- Document observations accurately and submit reports according to guidelines
