About the role
Introduction
We are seeking a skilled Plastic Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating plastic injection molding machines efficiently while ensuring the highest standards of product quality. You will play a key role in the production process by controlling machine parameters and maintaining smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate plastic injection molding machines efficiently and safely
- Set and adjust production parameters such as temperature and pressure to meet specifications
- Monitor product quality during the production process and take corrective actions when needed
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and coordinate with maintenance teams as required
- Follow operational procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
Technical Skills
- Proven experience in operating plastic injection molding machines
- Ability to adjust production parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time)
- Familiarity with PLC and control panel operation
- Understanding of quality control principles and measurement tools used in plastic manufacturing
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills related to injection molding equipment
