About the role
Introduction
We are looking for a dedicated Medicine Supplier to manage the distribution and transportation of pharmaceutical products. In this role, you will use supply chain systems to track shipments in real time and ensure that medical supplies reach their destinations safely and on time.
Responsibilities
- Track shipments in real time using supply chain management software.
- Monitor shipment status and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipment movements.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or delays in the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical transportation regulations.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
- Experience with real-time tracking and monitoring tools.
- Strong data entry and inventory management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for shipment reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with cold chain logistics and temperature-sensitive shipments.
