Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Waiter to join our service team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. In this role, you will lead by example, support and train junior staff, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations while maintaining high standards of customer care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Support and train junior waitstaff in service standards and procedures
• Manage table assignments and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
• Ensure accurate order taking and timely food and beverage delivery
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order entry and billing
• Process cash and card payments accurately and reconcile receipts

Technical Skills
