About the role
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced General Contractor Supervisor to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities. This senior role requires a detail-oriented professional who ensures projects are executed according to plans, codes, and timelines while leading subcontractors and workforce effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise contractors and laborers to ensure work meets quality and safety standards
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications

- Manage construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating with stakeholders
- Plan resource allocation, material procurement, and task distribution to optimize project flow
Technical Skills
