You will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, improving data entry processes, and preparing insightful reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and fast data entry according to established guidelines.
• Continuously improve typing speed and data entry accuracy.
• Analyze and review data using Microsoft Excel to identify errors and ensure consistency.
• Manage and maintain databases in Microsoft Access.
• Prepare periodic reports on data status, trends, and quality metrics.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, formulas, data validation, pivot tables)
• High Typing Speed (WPM) with accuracy
• Data Entry Software (proficiency in various entry tools and platforms)
• Data Cleaning Tools (e.g., OpenRefine, Excel tools, or similar)
