Introduction

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and safety standards at our construction sites. This role is critical for ensuring a hygienic, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply OSHA safety standards in all cleaning and waste management activities.
• Clean and sanitize construction areas, including surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• Dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste according to regulations.
• Inspect and maintain cleaning tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report potential safety hazards or non-compliance issues to supervisors.

Technical Skills

• OSHA Standards (Occupational Safety and Health Administration)
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
• Operation of industrial cleaning equipment (e.g., pressure washers, scrubbers)
• Waste segregation and disposal techniques
