About the role
Introduction
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Fast Food Chef with extensive expertise in all aspects of fast food preparation, including pastries, breakfast items, broast, burgers, juices, shawarma, and various breads. The ideal candidate is a versatile "joker" chef capable of managing multiple stations and ensuring consistent quality and taste.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of fast food items including pastries, breakfast dishes, broast, burgers, fresh juices, shawarma, and specialty breads (saj, Arabic, samoon).
- Supervise and coordinate all fast food kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Develop and innovate menu items, create new recipes, and maintain high standards of food presentation and flavor.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage food supplies, and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff to uphold quality and efficiency.
Technical Skills
- Mastery of fast food cooking techniques for pastries, broast, burgers, shawarma, and bread making (saj, Arabic, samoon).
- Proficiency in operating commercial kitchen equipment including fryers, grills, ovens, and juicers.
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and sanitation practices.
- Menu development and recipe creation skills.
- Experience with inventory management and kitchen workflow optimization.
