Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Senior Furniture and Decoration Carpenter to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on producing high-quality furniture pieces and decorative woodwork with precision and craftsmanship, meeting the highest standards of durability and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Execute precise carpentry work for furniture and decorative woodwork
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications
• Select appropriate wood materials, veneers, and finishing products for each project
• Operate and maintain woodworking tools, machinery, and CNC equipment
• Inspect finished pieces to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications
• Collaborate with designers and team members to achieve project requirements
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workshop environment

Technical Skills

• Advanced woodworking and joinery techniques
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools (saws, routers, planers, sanders)
• Experience with CNC machining and woodworking software
• In-depth knowledge of wood types, veneers, laminates, and finishing materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Precision measuring skills using calipers, squares, levels, and other measuring tools
• Strong adherence to safety standards and workshop best practices
