Introduction
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our construction team. As a mid-level professional, you will translate client needs and architectural requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. Your primary focus will be on developing design concepts, producing accurate technical drawings, and delivering high-quality 3D visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts and space planning solutions that meet client requirements and project specifications.
- Create detailed technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.
- Produce realistic 3D models and visualizations to communicate design intent.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to achieve the desired atmosphere and functionality.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project constraints while maintaining design integrity.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drafting and layout design.
- Strong skills in 3D visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, or similar).
- Familiarity with rendering and post-production tools (e.g., Photoshop) for presenting visualizations.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods relevant to interior fit-out.
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
