Introduction
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and maintaining mechanical systems, with a focus on HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability on our projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC units, pumps, and compressors, to identify potential issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out necessary repairs or replacements in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and equipment conditions.
- Support the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems as required.
