The Senior Estimate Engineer is responsible for developing accurate and detailed construction cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed project estimates for construction works.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Calculate labor, material, and equipment costs accurately.
Analyze material pricing and project quantities.
Track estimate revisions, updates, and scope changes.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and relevant stakeholders during the estimation process.
Maintain organized records of estimates, assumptions, and supporting calculations.
