Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Oil and Gas Project Manager with mid-level experience to lead project execution in the construction sector. This role focuses on efficient resource allocation, cross-functional coordination, and procurement excellence to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Plan, allocate, and coordinate project resources including personnel, equipment, and materials across all project phases.
- Manage procurement processes for materials, supplies, and subcontractor services while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and field operations teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of milestones.
- Monitor project progress, track performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to address deviations from plan.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and quality standards throughout procurement and resource utilization.
