Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates for construction projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and material calculations using Excel.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify scope and requirements.

• Maintain and update pricing databases and cost records.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation principles.
• Familiarity with quantity surveying techniques.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
