Responsibilities

• Develop and update training curricula for programming courses, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Conduct hands-on coding workshops and supervise trainees during practical exercises.
• Evaluate trainee progress through assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Provide one-on-one mentoring and feedback to enhance programming skills.
• Coordinate with educational institutions to manage training schedules and resources.
• Maintain training documentation and track performance metrics.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., Django, React) and databases (SQL).
• Knowledge of educational technology platforms (LMS, virtual labs).
• Ability to create instructional materials using tools like VS Code, Jupyter Notebooks, or similar.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
