We are seeking a skilled mid-level professional to handle electrical and plumbing works in construction projects. This role involves interpreting technical diagrams, installing wiring and plumbing systems, and ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics for electrical and plumbing systems.
• Install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and fixtures according to specifications.
• Install plumbing pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water supply and drainage.
• Test electrical circuits and connections for proper functionality and safety.
• Inspect plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper water flow and pressure.
• Collaborate with other construction trades to coordinate installations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Technical Skills

• Electrical wiring (residential/commercial).
• Plumbing installation (pipes, fittings, fixtures).
• Blueprint and schematic reading.
• Use of multimeters and electrical testing equipment.
• Pipe threading and soldering techniques.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools for electrical and plumbing work.
