Introduction

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety standards. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and site crews to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Monitor project schedules and identify any deviations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols (OSHA/ISO) and conduct regular site inspections to mitigate risks.
• Assist in cost estimation and budget tracking to control project expenditures.
