Delete Your pOtential Account

You can permanently delete your pOtential account and all associated data at any time, either from the mobile app or from this website. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete from the mobile app

  1. Open the pOtential app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap "Delete Account".
  4. Type "delete" to confirm.

Delete from the web

  1. Sign in to your account at potential.team.
  2. Go to Settings and open the "Delete Account" tab.
  3. Click "Delete Account" and type DELETE to confirm.

What happens to your data

When you delete your account, your account and all associated data are permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
